open house today was quite sad or should I say very different from past years. Don't know whether it was because I had been a good girl and went for my duties at the swimming booth and being enthu or is it cos today was quite a stress day for me. whatever it was, I thought that it was quite dead. During that little time when I was at the swimming booth, no particular swimmer actually came up to the booth to sign up unlike previous years where there was always this long list of swimmers signing up with us. I suppose they would rather concentrate on Nationals first and they'll know that rg swimmers will come looking for them at the grand finals. Wonder if amanda lim will be applying for rg's DSA. hmmm.

Went there in formal uniform expecting to do duty right away, little did I know that my duty had been shifted to a later slot -_- so I went down to take a peek at the booths were I met my besties carmen and wooney! [: the 3 of us practically stood in front of stall 5 (nasi padang stall) eating the freshly fried nuggets and talking away. heehee. Talked about stuff that we were never able to talk about in class ohwells. that's what friends are for.

sat in the room and heard all the weirdest things from the 5 heads (meiting wasn't there) haha! super amusing. ahwells, we'll be fine. hopefully.

After that, had a meeting for an about an hour or so. felt really shitty after it. Wondered why everything had to turn out like that. we didn't know that such a small and internal thing could actually "explode" into such a huge matter. Hope that we'll be able to salvage the situation before anything else happens then everyone's reputation will be gone. arghhh. thrashed things out together after the meeting, wasn't that bad as I had expected. tears? yah.

all in all I had 4 meetings today? killed loads of braincells. not a good thing. thought over everything carefully. silly mistakes here and there, but we shall not wallow in our own problems and ignore everything else. pick ourselves up and carry on, we've got a huge responsibility on us.

Feeling shitified now. shall go sleep
