rather happy and sad that it ended already. happy that we won't have to glue our eyeballs onto the computer screen writing out proposals and cracking our brains for cool games. All the planning and hardwork has indeed paid off! games rocked! wheeee. was in charge of the dunking machine. Watching people get dunked and screaming their heads off were totally hilarious. first up was mingfang, YAY! she helped us confirm that the dunking machine actually worked. hahaha! so funnn! and funny germaine was so "stressed" out over that fact that she would be dunked 2nd, well in the end she took over cheryl yuen's shift (she was sick. what a pity.) jolene and germaine got dunked many many times. haha! all proceeds go to the tsunami aid fund. wahah!
oli, carmen, jerlyn, cassie, eleanor, xiuhue, jiayi, juanmin, rachelyueng, yanyu and desirene came down for carnival today too! ahhh. and I GOT DUNKED (how expected. knew that i couldn't keep dry) by oli and my other dearest classmates 0.o BAH. At the time when i was dunked, the water was like super murky already. yucketh. and it tasted like the swimming pool just a little grosser. ewww. should suggest that they install a filter inside the dunking machine. hahaha! it would definitely be more hygenic! then Shauna, carmen and muddy came alonggg. haha! shauna kept jumping off the platform though the ball didn't hit the target. so funny! carmen kept getting dunked and even allowed this P6 GEP girl from nan hua dunk her because she accidentally wet her whilst chasing -can't remember who- with a bucket of water. hah! how nice... and muddy.... didn't know that she was actually a little scared of the machine at first, but after a while she got the hang of it! ohyes, not forgetting chicky. he got dunked too, or rather, the impact of the ball against the backing err... made it fall off? hahaha!
the entertainment comm did really well today. I thought that the bands really improved alot since the last time I heard them on saturday for the auditions, suppose these are the better ones. Saw melody and cheryl cheah cheerlead today. richardson performed their routine too! didn't mind dunking cheryl cheah in her cheerleading suit and pay $10? hahahaha! too bad she didn't want to....
HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY! Mrs Wee's dunking! hahaha! she only agreed to get dunked ONCE. well, with only 3 throws that is. Anyway, she would only do it if we collected $50 or more to dunk her. yishan went around to all the psls and spsls to ask them to donate to dunk mrs wee. In the end, we managed to raise more than $55! so zai right? (:(: first throw: SPLASH! second and third throw: MISS! fourth throw?!: walk up and hit the target. SPLISH SPLAH. hahahhah!!!! luckily Mrs Wee didn't see me right after she was dunked or else... she would hugg me all dripping wet when i was still dry at that time.
At around 3+ it started to drizzle, lightning and thunder at times, but well.. who cared? people just kept coming up to dunk! YAY! surprise surprise germz and heidi came along and decided to dunk me (when I was almost dried up!!) yahhh.. so nice me agreed to let heidi dunk me to take revenge for all the tickles I have given her for the past 5 months? hahah! heidi happy now?! Went to the haunted house with muddy(bad choice) to check it out when fewer customers came.
Knowing me, I'm super duper faint hearted. seriously. going into the haunted house together with muddy, nightmare. We were blindfolded at the entrance. Went into a super freezing room, especially after I had just been dunked. Heard the juon sound effects, freeeeeky! was holding onto muddy like don't know what lah and she just had to scare me throughout the whole route. was tickling me and BOO-ing mee... arghhhh!!! And someone put the scary doll into my hand! i was like "ohman... is that the scary barbie?" hahaha! then halfway I was like separated from muddy?!?! -panic- mean chicky played a part in scaring me! *evil* After everything, we turned on the lights and walked through the whole thing to see what happened during the journey. SIGH. i think i'm super super shi bai. I was the one who kinda helped in doing the maze and thinking of scary ideas, but yet I got so freaked out. hahaha!! But IT WAS FUN! welldone geri, ally and celeste! Earned $600+ in the end!
hmmmm.. the dunking machine only earned like $301. Not bad already, but could have earned more I suppose if we could dunk cheryl yuen. so many people wanted to dunk her and offered to pay lots of $$$ tooo! -wasted- Anyway, debb! rest well eh? you looked so shacked out just now. SMILE (:(:
couldn't go out with the other games comm members because I had to bring home 2 coolers and a pail!? hahaha! nvm. at least mum could come and fetch me. went down to do some grocery shopping at thomson plaza. could hardly stand!
okk. I better go and rest. or i'll be a zombie tmr in church. -.- for all those who went for PSL carnival 2005, thanks for being there! all your support was amazing!
