heyhey!!! Know this is a little late, but i'm gonna blog about Swimming Carnival 2005!

hahaha! Friday: Had bio test which was kinda easy (better not say it too early. bah) Had a few lessons and then TADA! School was over!! Really looked forward to swim carn. Anyway, we went down to Yio chu Kang pool together with the rest of the school team people. We practiced for the opening ceremony thing, where I was supposed to swim freestyle with paddles and flippers. wahaha! Quite amusing. rachh y. was complaining that I swam too fast. HEEEHEEE. sorry lah! my flippers a little long only, so went ZOOOM! hahaa! Then it started to rain, rain, rain. How anticlimax. Had to push the carnival back, bleahhh.. Anyway, after the rain cleared up, we started with the opening ceremony. hahaha! yiwen blocked my vision of rachh y. (you see, we had to keep in line) hahah! so i just carried on swimming at my own speed. WAHAHAHA!

After that, had to prepare for my 50m free event. had butterflies in my tummy, don't know why I always feel that way when swimming comps. yuck. ohwells, so i chiong-ed and came in 2nd. ok... didn't quite expect that. Had em, tara and bel swimming k.. Had to settle the novelty events next, walao, this was ubber freaky. Cos mr halsall couldn't swim because of his ear infection we had to ask mr yap or mr conelly to swim twice, then we found out that mr andrew chia didn't agree to swim!!!! BAHHHH. i almost dieded. seriously. Fortunately, both teachers were so sporting and agreed to swim twice each xD phew. 2nd novelty race was -amusing- i swam also. tried stuffing the cup at the back of my costumee. WAHAHAHAHAH! but obviously it dropped out when I dived in :S so malu. ohmannn. Buckle came in last for both novelty events, but at least it was fun! wheeeee.

dumdums. was so tired after the whole carnival. acks.. Had cheerleading preview after that. Went quite well except that I hit cheryl and i didn't catch hannah. SO SORRRY! I think I was too exhausted to carry anything. haiss. sorry. i think ms ong said something about our dance not being bohemian at all. sighsigh. dont know how much we can change to fit the theme. It's tough.

well, that was practically the whole day. Now the term hols are here. Not much of a holiday though, but it's definitely better than nothing. woke up at 11am today. shiok. hahah! Doing my hwk now though. ok. shall blog another time!! ciao!
