2nd Day of Secondary One Orientation....

hmmm.. Today, 109 was definitely much better. More responsive than yesterday when we all seemed to be talking to the wall. haii. But anyway, we had our very first PSL session today! yay. I think we did really well! :) Let me see, we started with the Friendship Dance!

Some of them didn't want to do it at first, however, after me and germaine demoed it a few times, the class started to warm-up and things really got better!!! wheee! hahaha. After that, Kylie and Liju did their intro for BLOW, WIND, BLOW. (Unsurprisingly) I got saboed so many times!! Ahhhhh! The sec ones so cheeky!! Know how to sabo me already. haiii. Anyway, we played and played for around 25mins. It was very nice seeing them enjoying themselves and especially getting to know more about their classmates! Btw, when we asked them to hug the person next to them, they were like EWWWWWWWW.. haha! I suppose they'd get used to it after a while. yupp. They will! haha!

Split into our PSGs and started talking about the Habits of the Mind. Well, I think my group finished first cos I had quite little to talk about and they were all so quiet so I thought that maybe I'd teach them stuff to liven things up a bit.

heehee. So I taught DUM DUM DEE DEE. i was impressed at how fast they learnt the actions ok.. well done people! [ohya.. sry if i forget all your names. i'll know them soon enough!] Next, The Austrian Song. heehee! They were rather amused at the actions. hahaha! ShuHan's group joined me. haha! so embarrassing. poor me and shuhan, everyone was laughing! nvmmm.. hahah! And finally we taught them the Funky Chicken. Very fun!!! Couldn't teach them the Bow-Legged Chicken cos we forgot all the actions. 0__0"

They had their mass dance prac while I had history. I find the teacher quite amusing. Ms Lim. yehhh. We're gonna do hist of Medicine, Science and Industralisation this year. --wonder if this is science of hist class-- sounds interesting though.

Raffles Initiation. haiz. Quite sad, but nvm, they'll improve. They think that we're scary cos of the low and loudness. Most of them are shy so they don't wanna cheer. But hopefully after they get all hyped up and stuff, heehee, they'll sure have lots and lots of fun cheering and singing their hearts out. Trust me on that, that was me in Sec 1. yupp..

tired, but satisfied! :):) Another LOOOOOnnnnng day tmr. Having house orientation with the sec ones. Orientation's gonna end really soon, better enjoy every bit of it. yeppp. cheers everyone! Have a good night's rest! love loads. <3
