halo everyone!!! Haven't blogged in quite a while.. so I shall now blog about my erm past 3 exciting days in school! haha :)

We had the PSL training camp from friday to sunday. It was a total blast! Everything rocked! PSB '05!! Got to know many many people... yupp. In school we just SEE them but during camp, I have gotten to know them! Feel so privileged. really really! haha.

Day 1
We assembled in school with our big bags (mine was!) and took soon after were broken into our different groups. I was in group two, and was known as BOTOX after that [don't ask why], that consisted of: cheryl, weiming, zerui, chris-tin and alicia, our spsls were michelle and mingfang! At first I felt so awkward cos I didn't know any of them at all so it was quite tough to start a conversation with them. But all of my doubts were subsided after we introduced ourselves and went through many lectures and games that were carried out by Uncle David. He was so amusing, funny and well bouncy. haha! I found the lectures quite interesting cos he really taught us how to face the problems we could meet when we start our journey with the sec ones.

Let me think.... ohyes. We had Macs for lunch. well, my group definitely bonded over lunch as we talked and talked lotsa nonsense and got to know each other's personalities better. we had some jokers in the group! :):) oh. we also sat for this personality test thing, i'm a concrete sequential person [according to the test] and is supposed to be neat and tidy. haha! that's so not me. the other side of me was the Abstract Random. this group of people are more people orientated and friendly! that sounds more like me ain't it? hahah! Anyway, we had station games after dinner [it was ok just that some people came down with a bad tummy after that]. 4 stations that each had a lesson behind it. haha! well, I got bombed by cheryltay. water bombed. so i was wet. haha! ohya could remember that I was so freaked out and did not wanna approach her when they wanted the 'learning group' to step forward. In the end I had the opportunity to bomb the other group. And yes, I missed terribly. hahahah! It flew over their heads. so embarrassing :S haha! After we took baths and stuff, U.D. gave us an ending of a story and we were supposed to figure out the starting. The catch was that we could only ask him questions that had an answer of yes/no. Wai keat was really funny. I meant his questions, they were either unrelated or we had asked that same question before. haha! The spsls TRIED to help, but to no avail. They did it before last year and apparently they took 2 days to figure it out? :) In the end, we managed to think of the starting! yay! We did not want to give up. PERSERVERANCE! wheeeee!

Day 2
It was amazing race day! We changed our groups. I was now in MONSTAR! kimzee, shuhan, yufang, tammie, alicia [again!], amanda, cand and ally! our spsls this time was kelly and jolene! Before we started, we had to play a game of jeopardy where U.D gave us an answer and we had to think of a question to match it. haha! That game was just so funny. At first we had a negative score, but thanks to jolene's witty brain, we answered a 400 points question! haha! The other groups who were in the lead with the points, had decided to continue trying to answer the questions and so kept getting them wrong.... hah! Anyway, we got to leave 3rd in the end! not bad lah..... Anutie Rachel followed us along. We travelled and travelled on mrt and bus while following weird clues in another language. it was quite fun. And guess where our final destination was? Changi haha! After my group finished the last activity we went to eat at changi Village. Thinking that we had 2.5 hours left, we ate SLOWLY hah! after that it was rush, rush, rush all the way back to school. hilarious. Though everyone was so tired and lethargic, we were still laughing and joking all the way back to orchard station! haha! Not bad right? MONSTARS, we rock!!! It was so fun!!! Had some debrief when we reached school and well, the spsls asked us to sleep early that night....... -suspicious- they had a motive behind it!!

They woke us up at around 2.30am in the morning. I was so darn blur that I thought it was 7am the next morning already haha! bleah. They totally scared us lah! came banging into the room and the voice i clearly heard was carmen's lah! hahaha! gave me a shock k. My poor heart <3 We had night surprise! Everyone looked a little like walking zombies.. hahah! but after a while, it was ok lah. quite fun! it was like a mini amazing race in school. spsls were stationed everywhere to try to catch any one from the group passing. I thought that huijuen was really funny. My group was at the bombshelter (BOTOX again!) and she decided to catch me. haha! so i sat on the floor and refused to move. wahahah! Apparently I was too heavy and she couldn't drag me.. phew! hahaahah! ohyes and yishan sa-boed our whole group. poor zerui had to hug a pillar to protect herself. In the end, yishan pulled my whole group to the 'jail' and there we sang "Doe a dear, a female deer..." to carmen and shuana. :):) we sang beautifully!!! haha! anyway, we went back to our sleeping bags all sweaty and stinky at around 4 plus when the spsls had attempted to teach us the song "Go the Distance"

Day 3
I was sleepy, sleepy, sleepy. Wrote my last few letters in the morning to the psls. Then came the most memorable part of the whole camp. Visualisation.. U.D made almost everyone in the PSB cried k. so pro. It really told me how much I took for granted expecting that everything would be done for me. I really felt at peace with myself after crying and all that and the best part was that I didn't feel alone cos of all the support give by the other psls. Thanks a lot guys! You all rock!

Hmm.. then came badge informal investiture. Yishan pinned the PSL gold badge on our collars whilst carmen dotted the dolphin's eye on our board shirt's back. It was so cute. hahaha! Sang lotsa nice songs and then -the end- haiz.

I really miss camp lots..... It has left a lasting impression on me. I love you all PSB '05 and I'm looking forward to working side by side with you all next year.

wao. I've written so much...... I'm sleepy. shall go sleep soon... hahah! byeee :):)
